Jessy provided me an extensive and very personalized meal plan that included a recipe booklet and grocery list to make getting started extremely simple, a thorough fitness and lifting plan for a beginner, and also worked with me to learn the basics about simple and efficient macro tracking and safely lifting weights. Physical strength in motherhood is necessary to prevent injury over time and I can testify that over a few short weeks, my back and neck pain decreased significantly due to the core and strengthening exercises I was taught. As a new mom with very little spare time, Jessy worked me into her schedule and was incredibly flexible and responsive. She ensured I had a plan and goals that were attainable and would lead to true lifestyle changes. This is not a “quick fix” program.
